I always felt I was meant to do more.
I just didn’t know what that more was.

I’m Naveena Srinivasan, a Certified Life Coach and Certified Relationship Coach, and a graduate in Business & Fashion Design. For most of my life, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, creating my own designs, and eventually building a fashion brand of my own. But alongside that dream, there was always a feeling within me that I was meant to do more. I couldn’t explain it, but I carried it with me for years.

In 2024, I finally began to listen to it. I started asking myself, “What am I really here to do?”

Looking back at my life helped me understand that question. I grew up through financial difficulties and experienced my own seasons of anxiety, heartbreak, disappointment, failure, and uncertainty. Over time, I stopped seeing these experiences simply as things I had been through. I began to see how they had shaped me.

They taught me empathy. They taught me to listen deeply and to understand that everyone carries a story that may not be visible from the outside. Most importantly, they made me want to help people find their own way.

I feel especially connected to young people because I know how significant these years can be. College and early adulthood can bring exciting possibilities, but also questions about relationships, identity, confidence, purpose, and the future.

I don’t believe people need to be fixed. I believe we all carry something unique within us. Sometimes, we simply need someone to listen, ask the right questions, challenge our thinking, and remind us of what we already possess.

That is the kind of coach I want to be. Today, I bring my professional training, life experiences, empathy, and curiosity about people into my coaching, with a particular focus on young adults and young women navigating relationships, personal growth, self-discovery, and purpose.
